Well, June was an official mental vacation (actually you cannot stop your mind from running it's loops).

I am back in the saddle, feeling pretty driven.  I have been focusing a lot of time researching for my classroom and planning and looking and more planning and webbing, luckily this also  circles@@@ooooo my brain back to my THESIS!!  Which instantly goes into Holy Canoli, here we go again.....

Honestly though, one part that I didn't think would be so rigorous is figuring out a safe way to have all my students have individual blogs (with secret identity names of course).  The nature of having them individualized allows them to be able to post feedback to each other.  I have looked at a lot of  educational blog sites but it seems that they're more focused on "class" blogs that are teacher centered and controlled, which really points back to that emphasis on dictatorship education.  OK that might be a strong word.

A part of my inner philosophy is that students are thee creators.

It is desired that they have empowerment and learn to navigate by doing not solely by being told what to do.

This requires experimenting, exploration, and making mistakes (all heartily ways to educate oneself, while also finding self awareness of abilities).

The ethical question that you run against is making sure safety is a priority.  So in the end, as adults, we do have to facilitate some areas.
My solution and...

((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((really my continuous urge to utilize the functions of Google's blogger
for me the most user friendly...
and I've already introduced this format to my students last school year))))))))))))))
is to create e-mails for each of them, that they will not be accessing outside of the classroom and will be monitored within the classroom by adults under G-mails domain.

It is possible (i will continue to investigate) that there's a way to do this within my own classroom e-mail?????/
